FYI website save uploads by year and month so you can name your file whatever you want but .com/uploads/2021/06/ represents the year and month you upload your file. No if, no but. You CAN'T change the year into 2031 for instance but you can upload a file in October but name it November 2021 CV for instance.
Anything Alexandra Grant upload into her website this month will show up with that extension then whatever she named the file: http://alexandragrant.com/uploads/2021/06/
If you truly believe someone hacked her website and uploaded a fake resume, then "criticized her and upload a new one in March 2020" please contact @bemiscenter marfainvitational @cerritoscollege @hellocanadamag & @narcitycanada and asked them who sent them the resume. They used the info from her July 2019 on their websites and articles.
