The article written by Raven Smith for
@voguemagazine called “Why It’s Time to Believe Amber Heard”
ended with the sentence: “The British courts believed Depp beat his
ex-wife. What’s stopping the rest of us?”
Because the legal system consists of people, judges, lawyers and prosecutors who are human and they can
make mistakes and have biases. This is the reason that organizations like the Innocent Project exist working to overturn wrongful
convictions. Many people have spent years in prison for a crime they
didn't commit. So why is it hard for Mr. Smith to believe that Johnny
Depp may have been given the title of wife beater wrongfully.
Maybe Mr. Smith should also look into
the fact that the son of Judge Andrew Nicol works for TalkRADIO, a
sister company of The Sun owned by Rupert Murdoc. Could the judge
have been biased and Depp was going to lose the case no matter what?
Mr. Smith also asked “Have we
completely lost track of the severity of these allegations?” If a
man was falsely accused of horrendous acts of abuse and rape but none
of it is true, what is the severity of the false allegations?
I paid attention passingly when Amber
Heard filed a TRO against Johnny Depp in May 2016. She came to court
looking demure and weak, with a bruise on her face and the Media was
waiting at the court. It was obviously staged for attention and the
next day, the bruise disappeared and Heard was photographed laughing
with her friend and if I remembered correctly, the night before
court, she went out clubbing with her friends and posted a photo on
her Instagram account which she later deleted, but people noticed
there was no bruise on her face so I didn't believe her story. A few
years later, I discovered the YouTube channel of Incredibly Average
(aka @ThatBrianFella on Twitter) and it confirmed what I believed as
he provided proof of their taped conversations and videos. Amber
Heard is aggressive, abusive and manipulative and I can hear it in
the recordings.
Amber Heard claimed that while they
were in Australia, Depp punched her, ripped off her clothes, dragged
her over broken glasses, tossed her against a pool table causing it to
break and raped her with a bottle. This was brutally violent and yet
she did not seek medical attention and has nothing to show as proof. This is the night that she cut off the tip of Depp's finger and
there's a recording of it. She admitted that she didn't do it on
purpose. She was hysterical and was afraid that Depp would leave her.
There were other people in the house, a doctor, a nurse and his
bodyguards and none of them noticed that Amber Heard was brutally
beaten and raped. I don't believe Amber's story and this is one of
many lies and inconsistency. Her own witness is contradicting her
story in court because she keeps telling different lies to different
people.
As for proof of her injury for the night of the brutal beating and rape, she provided a photo of bruise on her arm but her face showed no injury and she claimed that blood splattered from her mouth when he was punching her. She also submitted photos that was supposed to show two black eyes, a broken nose and a busted lips for another incident. Her lips look like it was cracked from dryness. Her nose was not broken and there is no bruising or swelling and she has some darkness under one eye, not both. The bruise under her eye looked like something that was caused from Botox injection. She submitted the same photo with two different lighting and claim they were different. Another lie that was easily proven wrong.
It is not time to believe Amber Heard.
It is time to hold Amber Heard's accountable for her lies and
manipulations. It is time to hold Amber Heard's accountable for the severity of her false allegations. It is time to let Amber Heard know the
severity of false accusations and how it ruined lives, which not
only included Johnny Depp but his family and children.
