Grant received the loan for ALEXANDRA GRANT LLC in July 2020, ALEXANDRA GRANT LLC DBA GRANTLOVE on March 8, 2021, & X ARTISTS BOOKS on March 16, 2021.

How did she qualify for the loan when she was living in Germany at the time, having the fund to live abroad for 6 months? According to the tabloids, she was visiting galleries & shopping with friends while waiting for Reeves to visit her for a weekend shag. Grant also worked in Berlin & she claimed that she was living in fear and depression due to a 68-year old stalker living in Los Angeles during the RO trial. Grant was photographed by the pap constantly during the six months in Berlin and they even had access to private residence as if she was providing them with info of her whereabouts. She was not behaving like someone living in fear or hiding from a stalker, but rather like someone thirsting for fame and constantly sells stories to the tabloids.

The timing of the hiring of new employees for her businesses is also suspicious.

Paradise Saghafi was hired as Art Director for grantLOVE in March 2020. But Grant wasn't able to pay for this employee on her own and had to request the PPP loan in July but in November 2020, she hired Andrea Avocos as the Project Manager for grantLOVE and Project Manager, Editorial Associate for X Artists' Books.

Alexandra Grant operated an unregistered charity for 12 years and has received three PPP loans, & the hiring date of new employees appears as if she knew she wasn't going to have to use her own money to pay for them but was planning to apply for the loans to pay for them. Her employee for X Artists' Books is also doing work for grantLOVE. If that doesn't warrant an audit and an investigation by the Attorney General and the IRS, I don't know what would. Alexandra Grant is a scammer in every sense of the word. 

The Question of Money Funneling

X Artists Books & grantLOVE are separate businesses & grantLOVE is supposedly doing fund-raising for charity, but there is mingling of employees and possibly payment so the question of money funneling is very valid.

A consumer received her X Artists' Books product in a grantLOVE envelope and she made a post about it on twitter questioning if Grant was funneling money.

An audit for the businesses associated with Alexandra Grant seems necessary as her dishonesty is legendary. She lied on her resume and in interviews about her accomplishments claiming to found an organization that she didn't found. Supposedly, she has been doing charity work for 12 years but has yet to register with the Attorney General office.

According to her Linkedin profile, A. Rabinovitch is the Project Manager, Editor of X Artists Books since May 2019 but she is doing work for grantLOVE. On the grantLOVE website, Rabinovitch links PR articles to the website and writes PR articles for Alexandra Grant's products .

According to Linkedin, Paradise Saghafi & Andre Avocos are employees for grantLOVE. Why is Alexandra Grant not using them to do work for grantLOVE.

As was pointed out in the RO blog, the contract from Eve Wood specifically indicates that artists get pay after expenses has been paid to X Artists' Books. When Grant pays Rabinovitch for doing work for grantLOVE, is she being paid first before the artists working for X Artists' Books can be paid? If so, this is a shady practice that Grant uses to delay paying artists for X Artists' Books. Does Keanu Reeves cares that his business partner and “girlfriend” is doing this?

The letter that Parker sent out on behalf of Eve Wood in December 2019 was questioning this and seven months later, Grant filed a restraining order claiming to be stalked and harassed by Parker, but it looks like Grant was doing it in retaliation. She also included accounts of people from around the world including my account as belonging to Parker because we were also exposing her fraud and lies.

Alexandra Grant plays the role of a victim because her fraud was being exposed.

The Predictable and Cheap PR of Alexandra Grant

 Many people have predicted that the next step of Alexandra Grant using her connection to Keanu Reeves to sell herself as a woman of worth would follow the engagement scripts as it gets closer to the Marfainvitational event. This is the cheap PR of a woman without talent, without shame, a woman who uses a man or whomever she is dating at the moment to promote herself and her career. As expected, we are getting plenty of engagement and marriage articles in cheap tabloids, then you get gossipcop debunking it which still work as a promotion as her name and his name is mentioned together repeatedly. I am beginning to the see the resemblance of the lovebirds. The beady eyes of the Ferengi, Keanu has it too. Couple that scam together stay together, is it?

 Like clockwork, we get those articles about Alexandra Grant's charity work. The so-called charity that is unregistered with the Attorney General office for 12 years now. The so-called charity that has never been properly reported to show transparency or accountability for 12 years now. The so-called charity that is used by Alexandra Grant for virtue-signaling for 12 years now to discuss her upcoming events and the garbage she is selling, necklace with blood diamonds from India that she tried to pass off as conflict-free diamonds.

For this photo op, she is wearing five tons of rouge on her face and lips, but the shifty eyes of a Ferengi can never be hidden. Beware of con artist, thief, and charity scammer. Beware of Alexandra Grant and her so-called charity work.

For the 2nd instance of Alexandra Grant's mission statement that is unclear, the author of the blog starts with this sentence from Grant's mission statement: "The grantLOVE Project is an artist-owned and operated project that produces and sells original artworks and editions to benefit artists and arts non-profits."

Technically, Alexandra Grant is an artist which means she would qualify as someone who can benefit from her own charity. So, does her charity collection goes back to herself?

Since Alexandra Grant did not register her charity with the Attorney General Office, the question of money funneling is valid and this issue is even murkier when her employees are doing work for GrantLove and X Artists' Books, two separate businesses.

Andrea Vocos was hired in November 2020 and she is employed as a project manager for grantLOVE and Project Manager, Editorial Associate for X Artists' Books. You can see this on her linkedin profile:

Alexandra Grant's Lack of Integrity

The idea of shadow was already done by someone first and better than Alexandra Grant. The late Bruce Conner. An iconic artist. #Marfainvitational is featuring Alexandra Grant, a plagiarist at their event. Grant makes the same scrape-booking collages over and over again, year after year and this is the artist they invite to their event? They couldn't find a real artist whose perception of the world is innovative? They could only find a heartless mercenary, garbage-producing capitalistic charity scammer? Talent doesn't matter. It doesn't even matter that she lied about her art being at the Art Gallery of Ontario. Integrity doesn't matter. The only thing she offers is her business partner, lover, or whatever man named Keanu Reeves. That connection has certainly opened doors for her and help her to win a bogus restraining order against a 68-year-woman living with a caretaker.

The virtue-signaling of Alexandra Grant

 Alexandra Grant loves virtue-signaling and promoting herself as feminist and philanthropist but registering her charity with the Attorney General as required by law and providing transparency is not something she has done. 

Everything she has done and said are empty claims without proof. Alexandra Grant was not born to love. She does not care about the plight of those less fortunate in society. She is not raising money or doing charity work to help those in need. She is pretending to do charity work to get credit as a loving person so she can continue to sell garbage under the guise of love, charity and arts, in particular with her love in a cage logo.

I did a quick google search for it and the article comes up along with her Grantlove website which states that grantLOVE was created in 2008. The article in WWD states that Alexandra Grant started grantLOVE in 2009. If she had registered her charity with the Attorney General as required, the date wouldn't be changing from 2008 to 2009 and 2013. 

The amount that Grant has supposedly raised for charity also changed at will since there is no transparency or accountability. Initially, this article states that Grant has raised more than $125,000 for charities. I have a screenshot of it. When people commented that $125,000 in 11 years is low, miraculously, the amount that she has raised for charity increased to more than $225,000.

I wonder what being delinquent means? Is there a daily fine for not registering and reporting charity purpose? For example, if there is a fine of $25 a day, that would be $25 X 365 days X 12 years which equals $109,500. If Alexandra Grant owes the Attorney General office any fine, I'm sure her boyfriend, Keanu Reeves could pay for it. After all, he hired two lawyers for her to put a restraining order on an innocent woman and claimed that she was running the SM accounts from around the world that was calling her out on her fraud and charity scam. Money can be used to silence valid criticism so it can be used to clear a fine.

On grantlove.com website, Alexandra Grant claimed that Grantlove has been operating since 2008 under Alexandra Grant LLC but Alexandra Grant LLC was registered on 12/3/2012, four years after the existence of grantLOVE

On 12/16/2020, Alexandra Grant finally filed a DBA or Fictitious Business Name for grantLOVE with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder and it was posted in the Pasadena Weekly on December 22, 2020, but in this announcement, she is claiming that Grantlove has been operating since 01/2013. Which is it? 2008 or 2013? This always happens with LIARS, they can't keep their story straight. People calling her out on her lies is the reason she filed the restraining order against an innocent woman and accused her of running all the accounts that were calling her out on her fraud.

As Nana Jones, the author of the RO blog pointed out, Alexandra Grant filed the DBA after the trial hearing in November 2020 where Parker, her accused stalker that she labeled as crazy and delusional brought it up in court that her so-called charitable organization was not registered with the IRS. Not only is her “charitable organization” not registered with the IRS, it's not even registered with the Attorney General Office and the parent company, Alexandra Grant LLC, that operates it was registered four years after grantLOVE if we go by the date on her website and the PR articles painting Alexandra Grant as a philanthropist.

I have only read the first post and I read it a few times. The quote from the first paragraph from the first post:

Will Alexandra Grant take Responsibility for he Lies?

 This is the relationship coach that Alexandra Grant recently follows who follows her back. Can Alexandra Grant follow the advice? Alexandra Grant and her lawyers are quite certain that Ann Maria Reeves is Parker and the lawyer even quacks like a duck to prove it. Alexandra Grant and Keanu Reeves spent a lot of money to put a restraining order on Cathryn Parker, and the accounts that are supposedly run by Parker cannot discuss the restraining order or use any hashtag on Alexandra Grant. Just today, Ann Maria Reeves used the hashtag, talked about Alexandra Grant, insulted the lawyers and the police officer that testified in the trial. WHY is the RO not being enforced?

Is it because Alexandra Grant, Keanu Reeves and their lawyers KNOW that the accounts they accused of being Parker are NOT Parker and if they arrest Parker and all these accounts continue to post, it shows that the RO is a sham and they are a bunch of liars???

I Did Not Receive a Subpoena

 Both Copycat and Whitewitch are claiming that they received a subpoena and that I also received a subpoena and I did not respond to it. They fail to understand that they were not served a subpoena and neither was I. Facebook received the subpoena and Facebook is responsible for responding to it.

As a courtesy, Facebook emailed all the people listed on the subpoena asking if we would like to comply and give out our info or fight against it which would be to submit a motion, NOT contact Grant's and Reeves' lawyer which is what Mommy Matrix did on behalf of copycat and whitewitch and whoever else wanted legal advice from her.

I requested Facebook to provide the information correctly. Giving out our info is stupid. It's a means to provide Grant a way to find out who everybody is. But to prove that Parker isn't those 10 accounts, she should have asked Facebook to run her IP address against all those accounts, which is what I tried to do with my correspondences with Facebook, asking for clarification and explaining the situation.

To prove that Parker isn't running multiple accounts, she has to admit that Uialmalgamated is her account and use that as a basis against all those other accounts. If Parker has requested the info this way, no one would have been against it. It was not asking for people's information, only to prove that they are NOT her.

I didn't receive a subpoena. Facebook did. Facebook contacted me about it and I corresponded with them for two months.

The False Premise of Alexandra Grant's Restraining Order

It appears that Alexandra Grant’s bogus restraining order was based on the premise that the obsessed crazy fan was jealous of Alexandra Grant and her “involvement” with Keanu Reeves so on the week of the original court date and the week leading to the actual court date, the two circus monkeys tried their best to appear as a loving couple holding hands and provided two weekend of staged kissing photos for the paparazzi.

These staged photos showed that Alexandra Grant was never afraid of a stalker as they were constantly broadcasting their whereabout from the moment they arrive in Germany in June 2020.

Her minions and fans love these “kissing” photos of them. Personally, I think these photos are perfect for a Depend Diapers commercial. Keanu Reeves looked pissed in the July 4th dinner at Lana’s house so she must have taken the last Depend Diaper and now he is out at dinner with the possibility of pissing on himself. In the photo from November 1, 2020, he has a smirky smile so it appears that he got the last Depend Diaper on that day and isn’t worry about pissing on himself.

That’s the problem with paid-for articles and story. They tried to present it one way and someone else might see it another way. Like the article calling her “a silver-haired stunner,” but some see an aging Witcher.

There are tabloid articles portraying Grant as Keanu’s savior and a feminist but for some that looks closely at those articles, they see a woman that can’t make an honest living without a man and a scam. From mediocre artist to Con-Artist is the life of Alexandra Grant.

Her Lies is Catching Up

A fan posted a photo of Keanu Reeves today taken in front of his house a week or so ago before he left for Berlin. Thankfully, this fan is NOT going to receive a restraining order even though he was at Keanu Reeves’ house.

Alexandra Grant, on the hand, filed a restraining order claiming she was stalked when the photos that was posted online was a google map of the area she lives in, and the person who posted it wasn’t even the person she accused of stalking her. The google map photo was posted to question why the GF of a millionaire lives in the GHETTO.

The photo of the car that was supposedly taken by her “stalker” also showed the reflection of the person taking it and it is not the shape of a 68-year-old woman. The reflection appears to be a young woman with a slim body. But none of that matter, Alexandra Grant combined them all to accuse an innocent woman for her bogus restraining order.

The comment is from a user in Lipstick Alley posted in the Keanu Reeves discussion thread. A lot to think about regarding this PR relationship, coupling and using the media to sell a fake image…  The user also posted a meme from @keanureevesisastalker to prove a point of his name being used and her car being parked outside waiting for it to be known that she is there at his house, certainly NOT the action of someone afraid of a stalker.

Alexandra Grant has no integrity as a person or an artist. I commented once on marfainvitational in April 2020 and was blocked. I was not able to comment again, but many other people have tried to let the founders of Marfainvitational know that one of their featured artists is a liar and by promoting her, they are destroying the integrity of their event but they don’t care and continue to block anyone providing links and proof that Alexandra Grant is a fraud that lies on her resume and in interviews about her accomplishments.

It’s sad that we live in a world where integrity is ignored and lies is embraced if it comes with an A-lister name. I feel sorry for the art lovers attending an event that does NOT have their best interest.
