The delinquency of grantLOVE

From the blog "grantLOVE Project - An Investigative Eye on Charity Fraud."

The blue writing in quote is from the website of the Attorney General office: https://oag.ca.gov/charities

"All California public benefit corporations, and other persons or entities holding assets in trust for charitable purposes in California, must register with the Attorney General’s Registry of Charitable Trusts within 30 days of first receiving the assets."

From the blog: “Alexandra Grant, Alexandra Grant LLC, grantLOVE Project and grantLOVE are NOT REGISTERED with the Attorney General's Registry of Charitable Trusts in any way. Not as a charity, nor a commercial coventurer. They are delinquent on this for the past 12 years.”

I wonder what being delinquent means? Is there a daily fine for not registering and reporting charity purpose? For example, if there is a fine of $25 a day, that would be $25 X 365 days X 12 years which equals $109,500. If Alexandra Grant owes the Attorney General office any fine, I'm sure her boyfriend, Keanu Reeves could pay for it. After all, he hired two lawyers for her to put a restraining order on an innocent woman and claimed that she was running the SM accounts from around the world that was calling her out on her fraud and charity scam. Money can be used to silence valid criticism so it can be used to clear a fine.
