PR SCAM promoting untalented Alexandra Grant

Kinda
like back on April 30, 2019 when Keanu was announced as the new face of
Saint Laurent Fall/Winter 2019. At the time I felt that that stint (or
stunt) seemed to come out of nowhere. It just seemed out of character
for him...
Then lo and behold on June 7, 2019 he appeared at the Saint Laurent
fashion show in Malibu, hand in hand with Alexandra Grant. And of
course, they would be seated in the front row right beside Salma Hayek
and her husband François-Henri Pinault, CEO and chairman of luxury
fashion conglomerate Kering, which owns brands like Gucci, Yves Saint
Laurent, Balenciaga, and Alexander McQueen.
This was all during the "Keanussance" last year and his entire PR
campaign was skyrocketing to the stars at full velocity. Perhaps this
was the perfect timing to help Alexandra score a once-in-a-lifetime
collaboration with Yves Saint Laurent as well. But alas, such a coveted
collaboration with the famed fashion house never materialized. But there
is no doubt that appearing together certainly elevated Alexandra's
profile. And well, she did eventually score a collaboration with Oscar
de la Renta so that was a small win for her.
Such “clever” PR strategy. Let the "Internet's boyfriend" Keanu Reeves
and "artist" Alexandra Grant parade around their relationship for the
world to see — and as a result garner more interest for their respective
projects.
