Alexandra Grant's Pending Trademarks

 Alexandra Grant has several trademarks in the work. It looks like she is following the footstep of her boyfriend's previous LOVERS in trying to put her logo on household items like candles, shopping bags & wines.

It appears that Grant is trying to get International approval first and someone explained that it might be because it is easier to get approval internationally than in the U.S.

There seems to be an issue with class 16 as it is similar to someone else who has already applied. We'll see if class 16 get dropped.

Interesting that the owner of the trademark is Alexandra Grant, LLC. Note the LLC and she is also asking for a trademark for charitable fund-raising. She paid $1925 for the application but it would have been simpler and cheaper to file as a non-profit charity since she claimed that GrantLoveProject has been a non-profit since 2008 up to March 2020 when she updated her resume and removed it, trying to cover her fraudulent claim.

In order to be a non-profit and a philanthropist, she has to be transparent and show how much money is going to the artists and organizations she is raising funds for. Instead, she goes to the Trademark office to get a “charity” status which doesn’t require full disclosure of her finances for any charitable projects. Does it seem more like a privileged status symbol for her ego and not something she is doing to help the artists or organizations?
