Alexandra Grant's rejected application

 Alexandra Grant's rejected application is now posted on the Attorney General website.

One of the questions on the application asks, "Is any director, officer, or employee of the commercial coventurer a director, officer, or employee of any charitable organization with which it has contracted with?"

It was checked NO and we know this is NOT true since Alexandra Grant has claimed that her charity has benefited 18th Street Arts Center, Love House, LAXART and X-TRA Contemporary Art Quarterly and according to her resume, she is a board member for all of those organizations. She was a Founding Board Chair of the Watts House Project and Love House is under that project.

Another question on the form is "legal form of commercial coventurer, state in which organized, and date organized" and the answer listed on the form about the date is 6/11/2021. Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn’t the answer be 2008 since she claimed on her website and in multiple PR articles selling herself as a philanthropist that she has been operating Grantlove since 2008 and fund raising for different organizations?

Also, is it really limited to just California since she has also claimed to be selling her products and donating to an organization in Germany and she also had a pop-up shop in Marfa, Texas selling her towels, hoodies and other items with her logo and was any portion of it being donated?

I don’t know the answer but would love to hear everyone’s thought on this.
