Alexandra Grant's Lack of Basic Decency

Well, I read that post (and I recommend you all click on the link and read) and it is a real eye opener. Don't get me wrong, I am not surprised that Alexandra Grant and her legal team lied. I am shocked by the depth of their lies.

Parker had subpoenaed Facebook in order to get the information that she needed that would prove she was not all of the accounts listed in the RO. Facebook, had gotten back to her and told her they needed more time, so she asked the court for a continuance based on this.

Obviously, this was Alexandra Grant and her legal teams worse nightmare!! The last thing they wanted was a continuance as that would prove what they already knew - Parker was not all of the other accounts. So... What do they do? They lie through their teeth to make sure that continuance DOES NOT HAPPEN.

HOW DID THEY LIE?

They misrepresent the subpoena's on the court system

There were 9 subpoenas on the court system. In Grant's opposition to the continuance, they implied that ALL of the subpoenas were SHAM subpoenas. They list 9 names, 1 for each subpoena. Except that one name is FALSE. They substituted the Facebook subpoena and implied it was someone else's subpoena. There is no evidence of that person's subpoena in the court system. THERE IS NO RECORD OF THAT SUBPOENA. THERE IS A RECORD OF THE FACEBOOK SUBPOENA. GRANT'S LAWYERS IMPLIED THAT IT WASN'T REAL.

In essence, they made it seem like Parker made up the Facebook subpoena just to cause further delay to the hearing so that she could continue harassing Alexandra Grant online.

There are two problems with that argument.

1- Parker was not the one doing the negative comments against Alexandra Grant.

2- The Facebook subpoena was very, very real. It was the only solid chance she had at truly clearing herself of that SHAM RO.

That's the most disgusting thing about this RO case. They have known all along that she wasn't all those accounts. THEY DIDN'T CARE.

They knew she couldn't afford a lawyer and had to do her best to defend herself. THEY DIDN'T CARE.

In fact, they made it even harder for her by using the mail to serve her filings instead of email. Basic courtesy would have been to forward them by email, especially during Covid, when the mail system was already much slower than usual. THERE WAS NO BASIC HUMAN DECENCY TOWARDS HER!!

It was cruel!!

It was inhuman!!

It was EVOL!!

They had power and money on their side and they still significantly impeded any chance she had to defend herself without a second thought.

Even after they found out that Parker's CAREGIVER was the one serving the subpoenas because it was the only option she had available to her during Covid. They further burdened a woman who clearly had health issues and THEY DIDN'T CARE!! WTF!!!

But hey! Telepathy is one step further than empathy, right?

How the F@CK would she know? She clearly has no empathy. Neither do her lawyers.
