The spirit world sees all. The retribution rope is waiting, (a reference to Karma punishing evil, an act of a higher Justice than the human court.) And it also refers to the saying "give him enough rope and he'll hang himself". I think it means letting someone ramble on and on and they'll out their own crime. For someone like Alexandra Grant, let her talk long enough and you'll see the lack of intelligence and substance. Every new video of her talking shows a new level of embarrassment, someone who is self-absorbed and out of touch with reality.
