Follow the Money

Alexandra Grant's PR team has been working over-time at branding her at the savior of Keanu and his love interest, the story keeps changing, how their friendship blossom into romance at the beginning of this year, then to them dating for two years now and now three years. They work hard selling the story to the tabloid and at editing Wikipedia as if it's the gospel of truth. The story is hot off the press. They need to make use of it as quickly as possible and get as many followers as possible, book her at many different art events as soon as possible, sell as many of her "artwork" before the truth comes out. Remember that Keanu PR team has not confirmed this romance and there is no love in his eyes for her or in his body language...
