Observation posted by a member of Lipstick Alley

Another great observation posted by a member of Lipstick Alley regarding analysis 18 from the blog “A Framework for a Wrongful Conviction”.

That feeling when you know something cannot be true, but when someone else puts in the time and effort to analyze the proof and put in words what many of use already knew. Thank you Nana!

Please read the detailed analyses of the RO hearing on this blogspot:
Alexandra Grant vs Parker: Framework for a Wrongful Conviction: Post #18: The TRUTH Matters – allegations against Cathryn Parker using artist Eve Wood

Some are long, but please take some time to read them, it is worth it. Especially if you are someone who supports AG or think Keanu is not involved.

We all knew the accusations in the RO about all accounts being led by 1 person were false, and that actual proof of stalking/harassment was missing.

Somewhere in the back of your mind, you know that money can buy influence, but you keep hoping that Lady Justice is blind.
That justice is objective and fair, and the focus is on the crime itself alone, not on how rich or poor a person is, or what someone did in their past, or what his/her background is. No, you look at the current situation and build a case by collecting proof that someone did commit this specific crime.

Don't know if I find it disturbing that the lawyers and judge spent precious time on naming each account name, and perhaps it is a bit funny to read them worrying about the pronounciation or the meaning of account names.....yet none of these educated people spent any moment thinking about actual proof from IP adresses or any research-report from SISS, or any witness reports?

Why not simply put witnesses on the stand that can support your claim?
Why not simply show your bank statement that you did pay somebody for their work, and that your claim that it is a lie could have been dismissed immediately?
Why not let the 'experts' at SISS share how they conducted their research?

Any person with some common sense will only be left with these simple straightforward questions, and cannot and should not accept that this is justice.

It is simply...shocking how someone can present herself as important and credible, by mentioning the number of IG followers, and dropping a famous name.

It is appaling how her lawyers can follow the same tactic, mentioning their famous clients name, as to make it sound like the case was AG & Keanu vs Parker, while that Keanu didn't report anything against Parker, or ever heard of her....how one can manipulate the setting from the start.

It is shameful to read how this whole case was all about how one side was presented as:
- important, famous actor, and so I am credible and I always tell the truth....did I already mention Keanu?
and the other side was found guilty based on:
- "someone told me"-hearsay, she did this in the past, and "if it walks like a duck....", even if proof shows the opposite, the defense was useless as she was already found guilty anyway....purely based on the famous name associated with the other side.

It is disgraceful to realize that this is how "justice" apparently works.
What is the point of serving a sentence, if you are considered guilty for the rest of your life for that crime, and you cannot start with a clean slate? By this logic, if someone had a DUI in the past, should this person be considered a drunk driver for the rest of his life, and therefore not allowed to drive ever again?

The only positive point of this situation is that these RO documents are publicly available. It gives the public the opportunity to read for themselves how Lady Justice is not always blind, but also sensitive to big Hollywood names, money and fluff stories, and more important, why some judges are better than others, for a reason.
And how some lawyers and famous people think more about money or themselves, than doing the moral right thing.

This lawyer should really mention this RO case in his introduction text on his website if he was really proud of what he did here.

The most disappointing of all?
That some 'nice' guy is still not seeing how deeply wrong this is.
