Things to Consider

I screenshot this comment as the person tried to explain the blind item to another user and was very objective about it. 

To MarvelousMavis, I want to point out a few things for consideration. My original account was listed in the RO as belonging to Parker. My account was shut down by Instagram a month ago because Alexandra Grant's fan page reported me for reposting their book event photos with Grant. I was shut down for intellectual property infringement but I have continued to post even after the RO verdict and kept on insisting that I am not Parker because I am NOT her. They spend a lot of money on the fancy law firm and TWO lawyers to win the RO, yet they are not doing anything to enforce it even though these accounts continue to post. WHY? Because they KNOW those accounts do not belong to Parker. If they were to enforce it and arrest Parker for violating the RO and these accounts continue to post while she is sitting in jail, then it proves, the accounts do not belong to her and they LIED in court.

Also, if they were to try to get Instagram to shut down these accounts, how would they do it? Provide a verdict proving that they won in court making claim that these accounts belong to one person but they have never reached out to Instagram to verify it. Instagram has our IP addresses and locations and I can guarantee these accounts comes from many different countries. How is Instagram going to close our accounts when they know we are not one person?
