To build on my previous post regarding #Xartistsbooks #vanitypress #narcissism and #conflictofinterest and the fact that #feminist #AlexandraGrant is using a man, #Keanureeves who is a friend or a boyfriend to promote herself and her publishing career. He was at a book signing for her book #theartistsprison which as explained previously is the reason they created Xartistsbooks – Grant is concerned with movie rights so she asked Reeves to create the publishing company.
This book is written by Grant and illustrated by Eve Woods and Keanu has nothing to do with the book but he is at her book signing. However, it appears that most of his fans, not fans of #grantalexandra, are the one showing up buy the book. This is the reasons fans of Keanu is speaking up against Grant. Not because she may or may not be dating him but she is clearly using him to sells her products, be it a book or her arts, and this is shameful for the #artists and #writers with talent who doesn’t have a Hollywood “friend” to attend their book event and sign his name or create a publishing company for them.
The book has been out since 2017 but according to Amazon, it only has one review, 5 stars of course. Amazon is a good indicator of how many books are bought and yes, authors can asked family and friends to write review so you have to discern based on all reviews but what is glaring is there is only one review, which means not many books have been bought and she thinks it should be made into a movie?
