In Alexandra Grant’s own demented words, “For the last 11 years, Lena’s stone has lived in my studio and has brought me intensely good luck.” 

My guess is that one of the good lucks is Keanu Reeves and she has certainly milked that association to its fullest, two collaborated books, opening a publishing company, using him as bait for her book signing events and she still couldn’t make it as an artist or a writer so it appears that the plan of “savior-girlfriend” and “artist in her own right” was hatched with the flurry of Muck-rack articles after the LACMA event. Although if a branding of GF was used, it cannot be used with the artist of her own right or feminist bullshit. A woman who needs a man to have a career is the opposite of feminist, strong or independent. 

I must say whoever came up with this branding cow is an idiot. Not to mention if the branding didn’t happen, no one would have known about all her shady dealings. So, maybe this “branding person” isn’t a friend at all... hmmm
