The Narcissism of being a religious leader

Here is another example of narcissism and the delusion of grandeur of Alexandra Grant. When her teacher told her, being an artist is like being a religious leader, she accepts it as true without thinking it may be a tad bit delusional to believe so highly of oneself when you haven't even achieved anything... Also, really, a teacher told her that or did she decided to create that story so she doesn't say it straight out, as an artist, I see myself as a religious leader?

Here's the transcript. Special thanks to the person who extracts the video and the person who transcribes it.

"I went to my boss and he said, he took my hand and he said, “being an artist is being a religious leader”. And I thought “I’m so young, like what does that mean? But I think it really impacted me like what is that series of questions? People do look to you, like because you are in touch with something… Again whether it’s the child part of one’s self and other people but like that innocence, that second innocence, that that becomes that kind of leadership. So my goal for the future is to never lose sight of that, but it seems to be the biggest struggle, is to keep that dedication to the “why”, the ethics of the why, and to spread… I’ve learned that you can spread that message through things, through presents, through books. Um… but it’s really to encourage people, I guess, back to love."
