 Many users in Lipstick Alley believe that Alexandra Grant is a member of Lipstick Alley and none other than the user BTLNTH, an anacronym of Born to Love, Not to Hate. I have no idea of the validity of this claim but it does make for an interesting thought if she is in Lipstick Alley fighting with users and defending herself as a Narc would do.
