Further the profit-making entities are owned by the ‘Newman Foundation’, a charity registered with the IRS. Grant has NOT set-up “lateral philanthropy” at all, grantLOVE is your average profit-making entity. It is not owned/governed by a charity enterprise nor does it state what % of profits/sales actually goes to charity. Under US state and federal CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS businesses need to be transparent with consumers about what % is given to charity when they make claims of philanthropic donations. SHADY.
