The media game and how it is played since she cannot straight out said that she is Keanu Reeves' GF. If you look at all the articles that came out, Alexandra Grant has never said she is his GF. Tabloids print it after LACMA event and most of these tabloids will publish whatever you want if you pay them. @JenniferTilly is the one telling @pagesix that Grant and Reeves have been dating for a few years, and in the British Vogue article, Grant lets the writer made the statement and assumptions without correcting or answering directly whether or not she is his GF.

She has not posted or promoted the British Vogue article in her account as it could be viewed as her making a false claim but her fan account is posting it. Thus, the need to befriend those low moral women from Italy to run multiple fan accounts for her.

Her hairstylist, other people, and that writer with the shady go fund me accounts were the ones making posts about how lucky Keanu is to be her boyfriend. It never came from Alexandra Grant and that is how a con artist trying to make money from her connection to an A-lister like Keanu Reeves is doing it to avoid a desist and cease letter. At some point, it's still too much and a cease and desist should be issued.
