This was posted on Facebook in a Keanu's fan group that is pro Alexandra Grant and the romance narrative. Not sure if they are finally waking up to the PR scam or are realizing that by supporting the narrative that they have been dating for a few years, their publishing business Xabs become suspect, mixing sex and business and the fact that these two have been LYING to journalists for a long time now. The photo comes from the NYT article published in August 2018. If Jennifer Tilly's story is to be believed, they were already dating in August 2018 so that means they lied to the reporter about the nature of their relationship.
I also don't believe they have a business space at the NeueHouse since Xabs doesn't seem to be making profit and on the business filing, Alexandra Grant used an apartment address as a place of business that is owned or being leased by her mother. They probably rent the space temporarily for a photo op for the article.
