Is Alexandra Grant Violating Lawsuit Agreement with Cartier?

Multiple people helped review the lawsuit with Cartier and the understanding is that Alexandra Grant is not allowed to use her logo on jewelry. If anyone else want to review and see if we are missing something, here's the link:

The person who made these photos sent me this:

Note: legal distinction between dismissing with prejudice where you cannot re-file, the issue is dead -- versus dismissing without prejudice where you can at a later date, re-file to have the issue looked at again. This appears in the final order on this case.

The person further notes “It’s bullshit that the PR piece for her caged love jewelry in apparent violation of her agreement with Cartier includes a photo of Keanu Reeves. There is no context for the photo in the article, so it wants readers to make a "love" connection.” The person also explains that “In a nutshell, Antigone would follow her moral code and honor her agreement of not trademarking and selling her caged Love jewelry but reserving the right to fight for being able to do so in the future. This means that if she feels she should be able to sell her caged love necklace or bracelet, she would go back to Cartier (Creon) and tell him she was going to Trademark it and Sell it. Antigone would not take the cowardly action of not honoring her agreement and waiting for Cartier to lose an unrelated international lawsuit on a Love trademark to then sell hers in violation of her agreement. Worse, to market the sale of this jewelry by including an unrelated photo of herself and Keanu Reeves as a message to Cartier. Antigone would have courageously confronted Cartier alone with only her principles of right and wrong. And that would have been enough. Grant is a fraud.”
